HUD On Pokerstars

I was on FullTilt and could open up tables to data mine prior to playing

I have tried doing this on PokerStars, but it's not working. I am sure my hand hx is set up correctly on PS, but when I begin auto import the HUD does not pop up... what am I doing wrong?

Thanks, I read FAQ and added the folder it suggested however still having same problem

One thing that I don't think is affecting this is that I have my HEM installed on my D drive, not C drive... this shouldn't matter, right? HUD display works fine when I'm seated at the table (and used to work fine prefetching data on Full Tilt, only having this problem now that I'm on Stars)

Update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe

Then go to Options > Site Options and tick prefetch one hand and press save, if the problem still persists just email me and well do a teamviewer session morny@holdemmanager.net

Updated to that version, no help

I don't see "site options" under any drop down menu

BTW, I wasn't having this problem on full tilt when I used the same HEM software. Problem started when I moved to pokerstars so I'm sure that has something to do w/ it
