Update to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

Do the Full Tilt tables show up in TableManager?
Right click on a table name in TableManager and manually assign a HUD configuration to the table.

Go to hud options--> player preferences--> use for
Go over all the HUD configurations to make sure there are no conflicting/overlapping settings.

the tablemanager does show up and it also shows that they are 9-handed, but no pot sizes no vpip and hands it is all zero manual configuration didn't help and couldn't find something in the player preferences either

it is all zero

Does the HUD not show at all?
Or it does show the HUD panels at the table, but each panel displays /-/-/-/- or 0/0/0/0/ ??

Try creating a new empty database and reimport your hands. Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

I am having the same issue. Sometimes manually selecting tables in table manager helps, but it doesnt most of the time.

@sjokkoemoes: playing on Full Tilt? What type of tables?
Update to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

Set the Full Tilt lobby language in English.

Create a new empty database, Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

I play STT's, MTT's and Rush MTT's.

Language is in english.
It started not working since I updated to 1.11.06h.
I have only just now updated to 1.11.06g, maybe this will work.(Cant test at the moment).
Do you suggest updating to the unofficial 1.11.07 if this does not help?

I am not going to create a new database if that means I lose my data. HH's are stored 30 days on my cpu.

Update to 1.11.07.
Create a new database.

Run a import from folder on C:/HMArchive.
That folder should have ALL your handhistories.

From the pre-release thread you posted in:

.06h was rolled back to .06g, and was renamed .07 pre-release (1), (2),....

For the HUD problems, please try the following suggestions and then continue posting in the thread you started if they dont help. I will quote this reply to your thread.

options > configure auto import folders > auto detect > ok

Make sure that none of your archive folders are in a sub-folder of one of the auto-import folders or it can cause the importer to overload and not display the HUD.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

- Please reboot your computer and install the latest update as first thing after the reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
- Your ftp client must be switched to english language and installed to the default location.
- Sometimes it is necessary to start the FTP Client as administrator.
- Under XP the user needs to have administrator rights.
- HM->Hud options->Site options -> FTP -> Use ocr... must be disabled (unticked)
- Enable the prefetch under site options->ftp and add the prefetch folder to the auto-import folders.
- Reset the # of player filters in the additional hud filters to the default settings.

I am sorry, but it has only broken it more then fixed anything. I followed above post to the letter after downgrading to 06g and followed ur instructions to the letter.

As a test I opened 2xSTT and 1 x hu sng.

The hu sng there is no hud
the 2 STT's there is a hud for the 1 and 6 seat (6max), but it shows and keep showing 0 hands.

No worries, we understand how frustrating it can be. It is possible the auto-detect suggestion I gave may have been all that was needed.

If the problems persist the next time you play:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Unfortunately not solved for me. I made a new thread so I won't be hijacking this one anymore:
