I'm new here and to the software so please understand my concern.

I've installed HEM, setup it properly (as far as I know it), but when I'm multitabling the stats of the players always appear random and if I try to move one of them to the proper nickname, it moves the same one in all the windows and screws up my entire stats view. I've used the option to always fix my stat to my nickname and I thought that would help. Even though after setting that up, few tables are more orderly, most of the other table's stats view are screwed up.

I'm new and I don't know if I could say it's a bug, or is it normal - but I find it very hard to handle HEM and multitabling stats view. Any tip is very welcomed.

Thank you

The issue you're experiencing shouldn't occur if you setup the seating preferences. Read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating

On which site are you playing?
You're sitting in the same seat position on all tables?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
