So I already own Holdem Manager and I just bought the Omaha Manager upgrade. I cleared the license as told to by the purchase confirmation I received, but when I open Holdem Manager now it doesn't work and gives me no option to enter a new serial number, it just says that the old serial I was using is invalid.
I've updated to the latest version and restarted my computer and Holdem Manager, but I'm still not having any luck updating. What else can I do?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:
Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)
Also please try this: (it debugs the software and should give you the option to enter the new serial)
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
