Did you archive your hands, if so you can use those and import them.

No... I dont know what archiving is so probably not.

Any idea what to do in this case?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder

Hello.

I have attempted this but not sure what it does.

I wish to EXPORT hands from my database (or my whole database), attach them to an email and send them to somebody. I went to the FAQ which said to do X Y Z but when I try to go into database management the screen 'DBControlPanel has stopped working' pops up immediately every time which is very frustrating.

Thanks.

Is this ok?

Your hands should be arhived to this folder C:\Users\Matt\Desktop\stars HH\matt2128

BTW are you using XP 64 bit by any chance http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=132

If not do a fresh install of PostgreSQL http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=176 and then import those archived hands

Hi.

Any idea where my Ongame (PokerLoco) hands are archived to?

Ok.

Ive tried ALL of this that you have mentioned.

I reinstalled Postgres. I attempt to go back to database management same thing happens 'DBControlPanel has stopped working'. The FAQ's seemingly never work for this program.

I appreciate your help but please can you explain to me how this will work in laymans terms please as it seems like i have been banging my head against the wall with HEM since the very moment i bought it.
