Suddenly my hands are not importing, i have the latest HM installed. Things were doing just fine, I changed no settings. What could have happened here?

Update to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

Try creating a new database to check if they do import in the new database.

I downloaded the link u provided, my clock was already in said format. Still no solution. I even made a new DB and no hands are being imported

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Manually run a Windows Update and install ALL updates.

Can you attach one of the Cake handhistories here?

i really appreciate the fast replies. I am in the process of a Windows update/install. It is going pretty slow but I bet this will solve the problem. Everything else was set up properly

Cake Poker - Hand History (http://cakepoker.com/en/HandHistory?Hand=xsLGzcTFwc3AwcTExMXCxYjAxcDBwcU%3 d)

try that link - i created a shareable webpage through cake???

anyway, the windows update did not solve the problem. Again, nothing is being imported. My HH desitinations are the same as always although they are in a weird spot. I had my auto import folders option run an auto scan and it detected no new folders

Something that looks like:

I think I just found the problem, I am looking at 9 folders all in a numbered format, all the titles of the folders are numbers. These folders are sub folders to my Cake HH; these folders are all empty. So it appears no hands in the HH folders, therefore I do not think I can even provide a HH in said format

Fixed yo, I guess i am saving my hh to a new place, shoulda been this easy from the go, still dunno even exactly what i did. All i did was changed my HH to c: poker application/cake HH - I think i did this manually, I also hid/unhid those folders, thats what I meant when I said they were located in a weird spot, I could never find the destination and I think it was hidden. Again i dont think that was the problem tho, its working tho, nice to see my results, buenos dias
