In the FAQ I find the link: "How do I backup and restore my database or export hands?". Perfekt it is exactly what I want to do. I follow the steps and when I reach the point where I am supposed to enter the password in the pgAdmin III when I dubbleclick on "PostgreSQL Database Server 8.2 (localhost:5432)" I enter the password "postgrespass". Then I get:
http://208.109.95.123/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=135&stc=1&d=1217949087

So I click OK and then I get:
http://208.109.95.123/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=136&stc=1&d=1217949087

Could somebody help me out here??

Can you post a screenshot of the screen so i can check your local host and other settings are ok

Also check and see if postgres is running: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=34 and let me know if it starts

Thanks
You can use the "Manage Attachment" button to add screenshots.

So this is how it looks on my computer:
http://208.109.95.123/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=134&stc=1&d=1217949087

And yes I checked if my postgres is runing and it is.

I use Windows Vista together with "Kaspersky Internet Secutiy 7.0". The computer I use has 2GB RAM and a 233Ghz processor.

I have hade no problems what so ever to run HoldemManager when plaing poker online. I is just making a backup of my database that dosent seem to work.

Its WORKING NOW!! :-) The pgAdmin III was blocked by Kasperskys Firewall High secuity mode. But When I changed it to Training mode and allowed pgAdmin III to any activity it worked.

Thanks alot :D
