Missing hands in Prima

After putting my database on my external HDD, I am missing hands from my new sessions and datamining.
The HUD current-session stats are wrong too (X player is winning $500, in the HUD he might -$300 for the session).

I read some other threads and did what mourny suggested.
I already moved gamehistory.dat to another folder and imported the file. There was 5000 errors in a 5 hour session!
Then I backed up the database, created a new database, and restored it and there is still a problem.

What's wrong with my HEM? If I need to send a 100meg file how can I do so? I cannot fit that much in an email.

I don't see any hands in my HMArchive folder. Only one 3/28 folder which has a readme.txt in it....

Please export your hands http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 then reimport the hands and it should be fine

How can I export the hands to a specific folder? I'm afraid I might run out of space in C: drive

I keep getting "ERROR Reading data: 22P05; character 0x8d of encoding "WIN1252" has no eequivalent in "UTF8"

When exactly do you get that error?

You can only export to the HM folder, if you want to export to a different drive youll need to install HM there

I got that error about 5x when I was exporting the hands.

The export fit into C: drive and was only 5gigs (my database is 18gigs).

I am importing now, hopefully there will be no problems.

My import crashed when there was less than 1 hour left, so I'm missing about 70,000 hands.

When you import again does it skip all the duplicate hands? Or do I have to wait another 30 hours? What a joke.

Im afraid it will also import the duplicates however as it will skip it rather than reading all that info and importing it into the database it should be much quicker

I still am either missing hands from my sessions or my win/loss just isn't adding up correctly.

Ever since I moved my database to an external hard drive I have been having these problems.

I already exported my hands form the old database, created a new database, and re-imported the hands. No hands are in the HMArchive (I recently changed the HMArchive to a folder in my external hdd). I re-imported the gamehistory.dat file and still the $ won stats are wrong (says I lost, but I really won).

What is going on with my HEM?
