View Full Version : I uninstalled HM; now how do I reinstall?

I was getting an error (HM has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry fo the inconvenience). this error kept coming up so i uninstalled HM and reinstalled the 15 day free version. how do i reinstall the version i paid for? also, the same problem continued??

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

To reinstall HoldemManager: use the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe
Next, please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.


You can activate HoldemManager with the same serial key you used before.

I have XP and Trend security. ok I was able to reinstall HM but when i try to use it it as me to register. when i try to register it i'm told that my number is already uploaded. but it still is asking me to register it.

Try to reset the serial:
we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Software - Tracking and Analysis Poker Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.


If that doesn't resolve it email us the full reg.log file (which shows the error you get) to support@holdemmanager.com
