my Hm is working fine for ages, untill today.
when autoimporting hands, all the hands have 'import errors'.
so the data is imported, but no stats are recorded (and so also my HUD isnt working).
how can I find out what is wrong?

have found the imported files in HMArchive.
so they are imported indeed.
but it seems HM is unable to 'read'/'process' them.
they are the same type of files as before and in english.
i dont get it.

Try moving the files to another folder. Then import them again.
In HoldemManager, clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected) .
If that doesn't resolve it, try creating a new empty database and reimport them again.

Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager
set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.
Then run a import from folder again on the archive folder in the new database.
If they then still import as errors, please attach one of the handhistories here.

yea done this, doesnt work.

M/d/yyyy isnt an option I can change the date in, in my windows vista. so is impossible
lol i am stupid. done this now. but now when i try to import the files, HM just sort of crashes...
If they then still import as errors, please attach one of the handhistories here.
