View Full Version : HUD doesn't work

03-29-2009, 12:21 PM

I'm using the 1.08 beta 22 on Full Tilt. Auto import goes fine but the table manager doesn't start and therefore there's no HUD active while playing.

Already deleted the .config file, but that didn't help.

If you have deleted the holdemmanager.config file, then your auto-import folders are not configured for your site.

Can you check if you AI folders are ok: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?topicid=43&faqid=142

If it still doesn't work: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

I already reconfigured the auto-import and did everything mentioned in the FAQ before asking the initial question.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
1.08 beta22

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Full Tilt, I only play on FT

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\vitamineb
Import folder:
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory (including subfolders)

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
No, the table manager doesn't start, and I can't find out how to start it manually. When I do 'relaunch HUD' nothing happens

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I use XP

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Try to start manually the HUD and tell me it works, start the auto-import too.
C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HMHud.exe

That works. HUD works etc.
Seems that HM is unable to launch the table manager itself.
