View Full Version : Holdem Manager unhandled exception

I have a problem when I start the software and while it is loading it show me this error

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off.


Run a manual Windows Update and install ALL updates.

funny i encounter the same problem today when clicking auto import. tried the above things, as well as explained at: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/129/Run+.exe+Files+As+Administrator+(Windows+7+%26+Vis ta)

but no good

also when i actually click hem to begin, it tells me 'Error creating Stat Ranges xml file: Access to the path C:/Program Files (x86)/RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\StatRanges.xml' is denied.

ideas??? :(

It must be an administrator privileges issue.

My User Account Control was already off when the problem occured

Delete StatRanges.xml and restart HoldemManager.

If that doesn't resolve it, restart HoldemManager with the full installer: full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Afterwards update to: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html
