Importing hand problem

i am trying to import hands on stars and have a custom folder for doing this different from the default suggestion. I left up the folder while playing to wait for it to show hands listed in the folder but they never showed up. I even changed what folder they should be saved to to see if it made a difference and it didn't. Any suggestions would help or any clarification i will be glad to give. Thanks.

You might need to contact stars support, if you set it to save Hand Historys to Folder A, then assuming you have it set correctly it should save the HH there. Maybe try searching your username to be sure they arent saving somewhere else
