Holdem Manager imports the tourneys correctly but doesnt calculate All In EV properly. I think it doesnt calcaulate nothing at all.. Could u please fix it? I'm using latest version.

Is this a STT or a MTT?

How is it a STT with a jackpot?

It's a STT. The Jackpot it's because if u win 6 in a row u win a Jackpot. Starting chips its 1000 and 7m levels. Need anything else?

Of the buyin amount which percentage of the rake goes to the jackpot?
Buyin $12 = $10 to the prizepool + $1 rake + $1 to the jackpot?

You can delete posts and threads if you like but thats not going to solve the problem.

As a purchaser of HEM Pro + omaha, SngWiz, TableNinjaPS and TNFTP I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to complain about a issue that has been reported multiple times over 2 years and yet to be fixed, not have my posts ingnored or removed.

Now, how about an ETA for a fix?

I know what I did. The last time I asked for an update the thread was ignored, every other thread in the forum was replied to.

I understand you personally are not responsible for fixing this issue but it's so frustrating to wait so long for this to be fixed. Then to be ignored is very annoying, and on top of that, some else reports the same issue and replied to with the same response, i.e. send us some hand histories, just tipped me over the edge!

I don't care anymore and I won't be posting again, so feel free to bury the threads and not fix this.

U still didn't fix the problem in this update!! I would like a little more respect for us that pay for Holdem Manager..

Handhistories for 1-2 games:
preferably 1 where you didn't make it into the money (but lost your final allin with the best hand)
and 1 where you did make it into the money (and won or finished 2th) surviving many allins

Already send u handistories and u guys just did nothing.. Ur doing a bad service to all of us that play on Ipoker, was waiting for ur latest release to say something. It seems u just mind with cashgame players or players of Pokerstars.. Really bad service, i just paid like everyone else, want to have HM with full features..

Just to let u know that there were 4 or 5 updates since i report my problem and u guys didn't make anything... 6 month to fix a simple problem, u guys joke.. Really bad service.

I reported the problem 6 or 7 months ago, another user reported for 2 years and u guys just didnt do nothing.. 2 years to fix a simple problem, i think we deserve a little more respect.

The ticket priority is low. So other tickets -with a higher priority- are fixed first.

If the ticket is marked with a low priority (i.e. unimportant to fix) it won't be fixed soon.

Other bugs that prevent a player from playing will be fixed first.
Now calculating EV, when the winnings are shown correctly, doesn't make playing these SNGs unplayable.

I totally agree with you, there are other things that have to be fixed first, but after two years of knowing this bug exists i think its reasonable for a customer to complain if it hasnt been fixed.
