I have recently added a wireless xbox controller and used xpadder.com to set hot key configurations. I also use table ninja on stars.
The controller works fine but every time HEM starts IT stops working. I get it back going but as soon as i push one button it stops again.
Any idea why this is? Is there some hot key kill switch in HEM I need to deactivate or activate?
Any help would be great.
Cheers:confused:

There are no hotkets in HM itself. But they are in Ninja.
Try to play without Ninja (and untick flag "run Ninja on HM startup").

It would be very hard for me to play with out ninja as i am playing 18 tables and up. My hotkeys are set up through ninja.
When i played with just that running it was fine. ONly when I opened HEM did it stop working.

The xpadder software / AHK script (auto hot key), can you make sure it's running with super user administrator privileges.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe and * are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Afterwards turn off User Account Control completely and reboot: How to Disable and Turn Off UAC in Windows 7 « My Digital Life (http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/)

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe and * files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

And * is the xpadder program or AHK script program.

Also make sure Windows 7 is updated to Service Pack 1.
And run a manual update to install all updates.
