Hi,
when i try to import files from Pokerstars (saved as .txt from Pokerstars) i get only errors, it doesn't help if i do it manualy from a folder. I Use 1.07.01. I already created a new Database, the Problem Keeps the same. I try to import
62 Files and i get 2322 Erros and not one hand imported....
What is the Problem?
Kind Regards.
p.s. it's a Trial Version
Can you attach those files.

Are you sure it didnt work with a new database? Ive tried it now and it works fine all 74 hands are imported with 0 errors, can you try updating http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe and then create a new database and reimporting

hi,
i did what you said, but without any better Result, still 100% importinh Error. To be sure that my PC is not the Problem i took my Notebook and installed 1.7 first tried with a new database(same Problem) then i updated to 1.8 and created a new database but also the same error... I deactivaed all of my security tools without any result. The database is ok. (not on the same PC, it's an Dedicated Webserver)
Can you attach you holdemmanager.config file.
Have you reused this file on the new PC?

hi, attached you finde the file, and no i did not re-used the FIle.
To ensure that not the .conf file is the Problem i kicked the Holdem Manager folder after de-install it via Windows. BUt the Problem still exist.
Since the Database is a Internet host i deleted username and PW inside of the Config File. (The Password ist stored in clear Text?!? is already u bug open for that?)
