completing incomplete sngs

hi folks,


i sometimes have incomplete sngs after internet disconnection e.g..
how do i get those completed, so that i have results and redline for them?
i request tournament history and hand history of stars and import both which works, but they are still incomplete even though all the data is present.

You need to edit the results manually in the dataview and set the finished flag.

Please send us the original hands and summaries for some sample tourneys so we can analyze the problem.
