Hello,

on startup get error:
------------------------------

------------------------------
An error occurred while updating your DB (CompiledPlayerResults Phase 2): Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\SILO\Application Data\HoldemManager\DatabaseUpdateLog.txt'.

Please close down any programs accessing the database and relaunch Holdem manager.

there was no directory by that name. I created it and solved the problem.

You should go back to 1.11.06g until we release a fix or a solution for this.

I downloaded 1.11.06g after downloading 1.11.07 but since then I am having problems, no HUD on pokerstars and also not importing all hands and also importing some hands more than once on my database for today.

Any ideas?

It sounds like your database may be corrupt if you are seeing duplicate hands in the reports.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

For the HUD: Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work

OK new database setup and HUD now working thanks. Only slight problem i seem to be having now is when i click auto import i get a message saying:

"Table manager

Couldn't find cards0.png
You need to place a cards0.png in Holdem manager folder"

I have checked the folder and there already was a "Cards0.png" folder so the only difference seemed to be the capital "C" at the start so I added in another file called "cards0.png" but i still get the same message when i load up HEM and click auto import. It still seems to import as normal after though, any ideas how to solve that one? Thanks

I would suggest a clean reinstall:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/99/Reinstalling+HEM+without+Losing+Preferences+

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

Holdem Manager doesn't show up on that list in Revo the way it does on your screenshot in the help, there is no sign of it at all but yet it is installed as I can open it, strange. Any idea why that might be?

cards0.png has to exist in two folders:
/HoldemManager and in
/HoldemManager/Images

Download: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/attachments/manager-bugs/4677d1282150087t-cards0-png-cards0.png

Rename the file to cards0.png
And copy it to both folders.

If that doesn't resolve the "Couldn't find cards0.png you need to place cards0.png" error, reinstall HoldemManager using the full installer: full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe
