I downloaded the software and wasn't able to get postgres to install, and wasn't able to the software to run because of this.

The trail period has now expired without me even using the software.

Is there any way i can get this 15 day trail so i can evaluate the software to see if i like it more than PT3?

No, we can't extent the trial period because it's controlled by a 3rd party software.
