I'm moderator on Pokerstrategy.com and a fellow of me has reporting me differences between Reports and Graphs.

He has the most actual version, no set filters. Why the differewnce?

I am having the same problems. The hands are importing but my graphs are incorrect and I am also missing some hands in reports. I think i happend after I updated to the 1.11.06H version. Is this a known problem, and that's why it's removed?

Can he add EUR Won as a stat to the reports tab.

The $Won stat doesn't correctly convert the currency if he plays on euro tables.

Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Hi again

The situation is the following. My fellow on Pokerstrategy played on PP.fr on saturday, the report he sent was the following:

New session this morning
Report => 336 hands for -1.38€
Graph => 277 hands for +0.30€

Real earnings in PP.fr: 5€

Played 72 minutes on 9 tables, I played estimately 800 to 900 hands

I asked him back if he'd have disaparitions of his HUD during playing, he said no.

I think there is still a problem.

Thank you for your answers

The winnings column in the above report is the wrong stat if you play on euro tables.

You need to add $(USD) and €(EUR). They contain the correct values.

If he played a lot more hands, make sure he:
Set the date formatting of his computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.

Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected).

Hello

I'm the guy in trouble.

My configuration:
Windows 7 64 bit (english version)
Regional settings: FR

Holdem Manager 1.11.06g
Poker room: PartyPoker.fr (english version)

You need to add $(USD) and €(EUR). They contain the correct values.

Done, amount in $ and amount in € are the same.

Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected).
Done, not better

This morning, I have played 961 hands according my hand history.
HEM indicates only 455 hands.

Yesterday, I've played without HEM. When I've launched HEM at the end of my session to import the hands, I've seen that some hand imports was in error.
Where are the logs? I've found nothing interesting in /logs folder

Set the date formatting of his computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.
I'll try for my next session but it's not an acceptable solution. Since when an user have to modify his regional settings to use a professional software?

However, I don't think this is the solution. If it was a localization problem, all hands should be concerned, it's not the case.

I see you use log4net, is it possible to modify log4net.config to have more logs?

Import error hands are stored in the HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder
(or HoldemManager/Importing/Import Errors)

Try reimporting all hands of the session into a NEW empty database.
Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) And reboot.

What HH files does HEM use? .xml or .txt?

Well, I've created a new database but I 've kept my regional settings.
It seems to have work

How to get my old DB back?

Reimport your hands from the archive (default c:\hmarchive) via import file or import folder.
Or switch back to your old database, export hands and notes and tourney summaries (if needed) and import them into the new database.

I've tryed a backup via the menu Files > Back up and restore

Result is:
[13/06/2011 13:26] error: Could not find PostgreSQL installation directory

Nice... HEM works well but it doesn't find PostgreSQL

Back up and restore will only work with PostgreSQL 8.4 installed to a default folder.

Use pgadminIII if you're using PostgreSQL 9.0/8.2/8.3 or have it installed to a non-default folder. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/72/Backup%26RestoreDatabase

I have PostgreSQL 9.0.
I have a DB backup done whith pgAdmin while I was not using the last version of HEM.
Will it work? Or the DB schema has changed with 1.11.06g version?

You should be fine with 1.11.06g.

But you make a good point: 1.11.07 completely changes the database structure (with many new tables/indexes). So it may not be possible to "restore" a backup created in 1.11.04-1.11.06g--> into 1.11.07
