Not importing any hands

checked import folder both in HEM and in redbet soft (entraction), tried with auto import and import from folder, table manager pops up and shows table names with 0 as only value and it says "auto importing" and nothing else

If the hands don't show up in HoldemManager:

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) And reboot

Try moving the hands to a different folder and run another import from folder.
Do the hands import as errors, or they import but then don't show up in HoldemManager?
