View Full Version : Ongame unusual no HUD problem

Everything is set correctly including firewall. admin, etc etc, latest xyz etc

latest versions and i also know my way around HEM very well

No Hud, hands show up in session but not in reports

and no hud and says it isnt importing hands, when it clearly has done

so no option to use table finder, so totally lost as what to try next

Betsafe as it happens and all paths set correctly

Ongame recently started using a different folder to save their handhistories so make sure you add this new folder as the auto import folder.



C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local\Application Data\P5\PokerSiteName\handhistory

or

C:\Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientsettings\handhistory

Whilst i thank you for the reply, you clearly never read my question correctly

It is quite a while ago now that Ongame changed the folder

and i clearly stated that it is importing, as the hands show up in the sessions tab, if i had filters set then they wouldnt show

Alas that is where it ends, as i will state again from my first post, NO hands shw in the reports tab and Table manager says it hasnt found any hands to import, when it has ofc imported them

You can try to set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.

Or clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected).


If that doesn't resolve it, try creating a new empty database, just to check if the hands then will show in the reports tab... and TableManager detects the tables after 1 hand has imported.
