HI!

All of a sudden, after today's session (PS, NL100), where I won $350, my $USD EV for the session shows... -$1401!!!:)

It's impossible, I have 300k hands (NL100 and NL200) and never saw anything like this.

When I turned the graph on and chose "Display All in EV", it drops down from the $1225 to $-5500 over the last 2k hands (between 243.5k and 245.5k hands).

Second thing is that my session was 5300 hands and it's the first time ever that I have only 4644 hands counted in the HEM.

What is going on with my HEM?

CHEERS!

We had a EV bug 1.11.06 - 1.11.06d (fixed in 1.11.06e and also didn't occur in earlier versions)
If you ever imported hands into the affected versions, please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
create a new database and reimport the hands.

Even if you imported ALL your recent hands into 1.11.06g, still create a NEW empty database and reimport your archive folder.

But it did work fine all the time except the last session and I didn't update anything...

I updated to the latest version, as suggested, but have no clue how to create new database and reimport archive folder.

Would you be so kind and advise?

TY!

PS. Tried to search on the website. Is it what I need to do:

THANX A LOT!

Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

OK-I created new database and started to auto import files from the "Archive" folder. Will these hands take again the same space on the C drive as the ones from the previous database or they just move and the free space will remain the same? I don't have too much space at the moment :)

Also, I played 5k hands today and it my HEM showed only 4k and the result was completely different than the real one, so the importing issue persists.

Does it have anything in common with the EV issue?

I tried to see during the game and it imported properly...

The new database (when reimporting all the hands) will take up the same space as the old database (1 million hands = 10 GB).
But you can delete the old database in pgadminIII: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

(make sure you save/export your NOTES, custom HUD, bonus/rakeback info from the old database!)

Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)
Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
(now all 5k hands of today should appear in HoldemManager)

Very helpful, didn't need to change the date and everything works fine.
TYVM AGAIN ;)
