View Full Version : Suddenly a warning:error view is denied

So after using HEM for a long time i suddenly keep getting this error:


Error initializing importer:Acces to the path E:\programfiles\RVGsoftware\holdemmanager\importin g\status\summary.view is denied.

Params:E:<Program files\rvg softwar\holdemmanager\HMimport.exe/PR2


And after this when i truy to autoimport hands, i get this message:

Unhandled exception has occured in your aplication.If you click continue, the aplication will ignore this error and attempt to continue.If you click quit, the aplication will close immediatly.

Acces to the path E:\Program files\RVG software\holdem manager\Importing\status\command.DAT is denied.




I tried stopping and starting the service in postqrl, cause sometimes i cant connect but usually this trick does it, but not this time.

Any idea what i can do?



ps.i can still view everything in HEM but i just cant import hands or startup HUD anymore.

Ok i installed the update and had to register email and now it works again.

That error is usually because HM is not set to run as admin.

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe
