I have been trying to update my Table Scanner insta scan for 1 month now without success.
I have had numerous emails with support who keep saying that it is a problem with my credit card. The thing is I tried 3 different cards and all get the following error "security check failed"
Maybe there is a bug with my holdem manager account. Maybe we can try to reset my table scanner and I can try and create a new HEM account.
Please help me update my subscription. I can pay via Paypal or pokerstars transfer. Or even send you a check or money order.
Someone help me please!!
