I had not used my HEM for like 12 days or so because I just didnt play any poker, and when im about to use it, it says it cannot connect to 127.0.0.1
Then it says that im using vista that i should desable User Access Control, which is already disabled and I tryied enabling it then desabling it again after restarting my PC and I still have the same problem... But the weird part is at the end it says "This is needed in order to properly install postgre". I mean its supposed to be installed and working, now what? Do I reinstall postgre then reimport my hands?
