How to start the HUD with everest

Hi, I've just downlaoaded the triel version and want to know how i get the hud working. At this moment it doesn't work. Should i first start hold'em or everest or doesn't itmatter. If you can help me please answer or referr to an appropriate article

It shouldn't matter. You will need to tell holdem manager where Everest is saving your hand histories and add that location to the autoimport folders, (and maybe make sure Everest is saving them there!). Then check the hands are importing into the manager. This is covered in the FAQ
