I am not sure if this is tablescanner or HEM error so am posting here.

I recently (today) made a new database because the old one apparently became corrupt and I imported only hands from June in this DB (around 20k hands).

This is the error that I got while I was playing (the screen opened in HEM was tablescanner).

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a Windows Update and install ALL updates and make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

xp x64, kaspersky internet security 2010

updated

everything that can be up to date is up to date.

I noticed that this problem is shoving only at Full Tilt, and it is a Table Scanner problem because it appears after the scanning is complete (last table scanned, then this error shows up).

Maybe move this thread to Table Scanner and rename it Table Scanner problem?

Try: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06h-2a.exe

For Kaspersky (which usually causes a LOT of problems with HoldemManager) read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/127/Using+Kaspersky+Internet+Security+2010%3F+

Hi,

I've done all that and I figured for sure that the problem is with the table scanner and full tilt poker. When the scan is finished (and not every time it is finished, but more often then not) this error message appears.

Maybe some fixes in that direction?

If 1.11.07 didn't resolve your issue:
-1 try scanning without using the custom filter

-2 try a full reinstall of HoldemManager using the full installer: full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

And afterwards update to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

The full installer will reset all settings to default, so before you run that, backup your HoldemManager/Config folder
HoldemManager/FishFinder folder, and export your custom HUD.

I will try with the newest prerelease and then the rest of the suggestions.

Do you or anyone else have any idea what the OP error refers to?

I haven't seen the "Row associated with the currency manager's position cannot be made invisible" error before.

It looks similar to another thread from today: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/table-scanner/87581-error-when-opening-tablescanner.html (which is a similar error in Dutch)

Are you playing on EUR or GBP tables?
Is the date formatting of your computer set to M/d/yyyy or to d/M/yyyy)
Are the regional (and currency) settings of your computer set to English (United States)?

You can see these settings in Windows--> Control Panel--> Region & Language

I play on $ tables exclusively.
Date formatting in regional options is set to English (United States) and under short date it says: 06/14/2011

(try the reinstall with the full installer)

Was your XP updated to Service Pack 3?
If you run a manual Windows Update, install ALL updates, including all .net framework updates.
Did you ever uninstall Kaspersky?
