Hello.

I've been trying to import hands I have archived in my hand history folder. I have about 150 text files to import to my new database.

However, when I try to import any of those files, I get errors.

HEM shows me the following:

Imported 158 files.
Files imported: 158 of 158.
Hands imported: 0 Hands/s: 0.0/s
Duplicate hands: 0
Import errors: 8507

Of course, there is no way to know what these errors are. So how can I fix the problem?

I tried another time to re-import these hands in my database but HEM said "Found 0 new files to proceess..."

So please guys, I am asking for your help real bad!

Thanks a lot! Oh by the way, I'm playing on PokerStars.

Please create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and move the files to a new folder and reimport it

Still doesn't work and still get the same exact messages.

I can't import for any reasons I'd like to know.

Still getting 8000 import errors.

They import fine for me, are you sure youve the latest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe and also have tried creating a new database and importing into that?

Yes. I also followed the guide you have on your website.

The only difference was in the setup of PostGreSQL... my "locale" was "Canada, French" instead of "USA, English"

They never imported.

I have nothing in my database at the moment.

Ok this is mostly likely a regional setting issue so, can you go to Control Panel > Regional & Language Options and change the format from whatever it is to English (United States) and then reboot and see if they now import, if not please email and well do the session
