hud issues

i have recently started using holdem manager on my computer which is running windows vista it worked fine for 3 weeks or so then the hud stopped working and i started getting this message

table manager

Exception thrown in destrutor
(f:\sp\sp\vtools\vc7libs\ship\atlmfc\src\mfc\file core.cpp:111) an unnamed file was not found

does anyone know what this mean?

Can you upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe

It happens when you let HM during a long time importing without playing.
