Fifty-Fifty not working correctly

the 15$ "$14.31+$0.69 USD Hold'em No Limit" sng, the winning$ and $EV not working correctly, because when I wins a SNG 1 to 5 place the SNG is always
'not finished' state.

We currently have a bug with the Fifty50 games. Should be fixed asap.

Do make sure HoldemManager is also importing the summaries created by PokerStars.
