I looked at a hand I played today where I got it in preflop as a short stack. Two players called and it got checked down. I lost. When I looked at my EVadjusted for the hand it said zero, although clearly it's never zero preflop. Is it intended to work this way for short stacks and just let it even out it the long run when I win the whole pot when it's checked down?
It would definitely be preferable to have equity calculated when my stack goes in.
