rush hud not working

My hud pops up but it says i have 0 hands on everyone at the table, i wasnt to concerned at the time cus it had been a while since id played cash on FTP but played about 300 hands or so an noticed players names that id played against already and it still had 0 stats for them? Can u help?

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.

If this doesn't resolve it, create a NEW empty database and reimport your archive folder, C:/HMArchive.

Ok i downloaded the latest version and it worked fine but i seleted my hud cus it was for sngs and made a cash hud and now nothing pops up. I created it on player preferences and clicked apply and nothing pops up? help please

Can you select a Hud manually? Right click on the table name in the table manager and select a Hud configuration.

If that works your hud configuration is probably wrong in the "Use for" tab. You need to assign a configuration to the games you are playing.
