Not recognising exported PT3 hands

Hi,

Ive exported a bunch of PT3 hands but HM doesnt recognize them after 27/5.

Is there anything I need to do or change somewhere?

Which HM version? Update to the latest.
Which PT3 version? Also update it.
Which room?

Got the latest verion of HEM 1.11.06g and latest version of PT3 3.11.1 beta.

The site is BetMost on the iPoker network.

Instead of exporting the hands, can you import the original handhistories?
PT3 should have moved them to the processed hands folder.

If you export hands, some of the hands characteristics can get lost. If you export RUSH hands from Full Tilt for example in HoldemManager the RUSH characteristics will get lost, so always reimport the original handhistories)
