I want to make the switch from PT3 to HEM. I already have PostgreSQL installed on my computer. I installed HEM, but I can't get past the screen where it says "connect to PostgreSQL". I believe I'm typing in the correct password but could the server name and port number be different since I used it with PT3 before? The error it is giving me is "Connection error: Connection establishment timeout. Increase timeout value in Connection String." I can't get past this, please help. Thanks in advance.
