Just downloaded the trial and seemed to install fine until it tried initializing database when a pop up stated,

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application,if you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.If you click quit , the application will close immediately.

The type of initializer for '<module>' threw an exception.

Tried hitting continue but program is stuck on initalizing database .

Any ideas would be appreciated
I am using Windows xp and bit defender.

Is XP updated to Service Pack 3?
Run a manual Windows Update and install ALL updates (especially Visual C++ and .net framework updates.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
