Since the ladbrokes update im having massive problems.I cant play with holdem manager.

When i start the hud table manager says not responding
and the cash tables do to ,it then crashes and takes all my cash tables with it.

Im using windows 7 allowed by firewall and uac is disabled.
Using version 1.11.06g but have down graded to alot of other versions but nothing helps.

I was planning on waiting till the next update but seems as though its just me getting this problem so im assuming this can be sorted.

Please help kind regards ,kevkellise.

please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Can you delete the Ladbrokes folder from your auto import settings.
Then click on auto detect to add the folder.

Do you happen to use Norton Antivirus (or Kaspersky, or McAfee, Comodo?)

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Thank you.

I tried what you told me but it still crashes, i noticed when i updated hm it is brought up by avast and is updated in avast (sandbox) if this makes any sense.
