I try to open Holdem Manager but it does not start, it goes into:
Validating ...
Initializing Database ...
Professional version and then it closes the application without further notice.
Any hint?
TIA & Regards ...

Make sure UAC is disabled and then reboot, if the problem persists then Please follow the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14
