save HUD configuraton without HEM running

on the machine I'm running HEM there are some serious problems. I can't get HEM to run and therefore it is not possible to export the HUD-configuration. Is there any other way to copy the necessary files and paste them after reinstalling?

Copy and paste the config folder C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

errm, too fast, that doesn't work.
This is a fresh installation of HEM and also a new DB. I got an error message when pasting the old config folder because there are some references to my old database. Any ideas?

delete the new config folder first then paste your old config folder and then restart HM, if you get any error post the exact message here

What's the name of your new DB?

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file.

new name is different to the old one.

Close HM.

Ok, then open the holdemmanager.config file with the notepad and edit your old DB name with the new one. 4th line generally.

Start HM.
