Hi
I cannot set any filters in the graph section. I can open the filter windows but no change ist possible. It seems that the windows is freezed. However I can close it. The graph works and I've the most actual version of HM. (small stakes)

Thank u for your help

Are you applying filters to a cashgame graph, or tourney graph?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off.

Thanks Patvs
I've W 7, Norton and all programs have "Run as admin" inthe compatibility tab set. I still have the problem. Do you know where in Norton I can put the exceptions?
The rest of HEM works well, I get the HUD and the infos.

For Norton, read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/339/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29

Hi Patvs
I've done all in Norton and ried again. The interesting ist, that I can set every filter in every tab (Hole Cards, Board texture etc.) In the Main tab I can set the limits, but not the individual Filters about position. I've the current version of HEM.
Do I need to preselect anything to be able to set the filters?

You should just be able to select the filters (position of first limper, preflop action facing player, etc.)

Try a reinstall using the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

(save your HUD by exporting it before you run this installer)

Thanks for your input. Before I reinstall: is it correct when I make a full backup over HEM? (function Backup & Restore)

Yes... it's recommended to do a backup.

If you use the full installer, you don't have to worry about your handhistories, but the full installer will reset everything back to default:

So you'll have to setup the import folders again, and it will restore the default HUD, HUD positions, etc.

Hi Patvs
I've done it, install after backing up, and still only the tabs in the main tab cannot be set....
Any other ideas?
