Merge - Hand Histories not showing up in HEM

Windows 7, playing on Merge. My HUD is working fine and hand histories are importing fine, but I can not see the hand histories for my sessions in HEM. I'm playing no-limit .02/.04. All I can see are my old hand histories from PokerStars, but none of my Merge hands are there. I've cleared all filters, so it should be showing all hands. Please help!

Did you change your playername to your Merge name?
You can create an alias containing both names: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/33/Player+Name+%26+Alias+
