Luck Adjusted Winnings only works for STTs.

It doesn't work for any MTTs, because HoldemManager can't see what's going on at the other tables. (and therefore can't see hands at the other table that affact your EV, nor does it know precisely how many players are still remaining in the tourney which is crucial information to calculate your EV)

So the reality is if you play a game with more than one table your EV will not be calculated and thus your results will be complete crap? Likewise if you play Steps.

Would have been nice if HM had of advertised at the start that the software is a load of shit before anyone would actually waste their money.

The reality is if you play a MTT, your Luck Adjusted Winnings cannot be calculated. There will be nothing wrong with your results. The graph will still display your actual winnings.

If you play a single table step, the luck adjusted winnings can be calculated...
but only if it's clear what you can win. As replied on another one of your posts, email us a handhistory + matching summary file of such a game, if it's currently not being shown.

What is your "this software is shit" "piece of crap" "terrible" argument exactly?
I think you mistake the big difference between EV (=All-in EV) used in cashgames.... with the "Luck Adjusted Winnings" in STTs.
They're entirely different.

The Luck Adjusted Winnings are a long-term indicator what you should have won.
Though if you find not having Luck Adjusted Winnings in MTTs upsetting, you'll be a lot more upset if you learn how All-in EV and Luck Adjusted Winnings are actually calculated: read http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/24059-ev-not-all-situations.html

Also if we can make you happy with a full refund of a program you're obviously not satisfied with, simply email sales@holdemmanager.com and they'll give you a full refund.
