Hey guys I noticed a problem today.

There was a pocket 3s hand that I won an all in pot and when I went to refresh my database it never came up and a couple hours later it still hasnt appeared. It makes me worried that it is missing a bunch of other hands.

I also have a really weird $USD EV figure for today as shown on the screenshot below. Something is going wrong. Hope you can help me fix it :)

I have since updated the version of HEM to .06g and its still giving me the same problem. The hand I played earlier is just not in the database.

I have requested the hand histories from todays play from Full Tilt so will try and import them again when I get that file.

Here is my ev line for the month and you can see what point today things went haywire.

Ok so I deleted all of the hands from today by selecting delete all in list and tried to import the file that Full tilt sent me with all my hand histories from today.

No joy. Nothing comes up at all.

Obviously I cant play until this is fixed as I am backed and need to keep a proper record of my play.

Restarted pc and then tried again and now it is saying that every hand is an error.

We had a EV bug 1.11.05 - 1.11.05d (fixed in 1.11.05e and also didn't occur in earlier versions)
If you ever imported hands into the affected versions, please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
create a new database and reimport the hands.

Also set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

Hi.

Could you link me up to a guide for how to do both please? I have already updated to the new version but will need to create a new db.

New database:
hud options--> database management--> connect--> create a new database--> set it as default---> start HoldemManager

(then in HoldemManager run a "import from folder" on C:/HMArchive (or your archive folder)

--

Date settings:
In Windows---> Start--> Control Panel--> Region & Language--->
set it to English (United States) and set the short date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)
