Hello.

I use HM Trial 1.11.06c, and have some issues on pacific poker (888).

The problem is I have HM and casino software installed on two PCs and hand history files created on one PC cause import errors on another and vice versa.

So the problem is 888 uses current locale to write number in HH files, and, HM uses current locale to read them, so if locales are different the hand won't import.

Here, extract of HH on PC one
Seat 2: lolaa639 ( $1 500 )
and on PC two
Seat 2: nofear1977 ( $3,815 )

The second one uses comma as digit grouping symbol, and first do not.
So the attempt to import second file on first computer will fail, because it does not expect this number format.

PS: I see now that 11.06c is not the last one, so thank you guys in case this is already fixed :)

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

Control Panel--> Region & Language settings--> also set the local Windows setting to English (United States)

Already did that, but it just a workaround, not a solution.
It is still impossible to import files created on different locale. Not frequent situation, but it may occur sometimes.

Changing the date formatting to M/d/yyyy actually is a solution.
Some pokersites have an internal clock, others read your computer's local date settings. And some sites will randomly change what they use.

For this reason HoldemManager doesn't know what 5/6/2011 means.
Could be May 6th on PokerStars today.... and June 5th with the next update of the pokerclient.

For this reason you'll have to set your computer's date formatting to M/d/yyyy.
