Cant register HEM

I bought HEM about a year ago from an ebay seller and got scammed.

Now i just bought it again from your website, but im unable to change the serial code.

this thread but was unable to fix the issue. Could someone help me fix this please.

Please try the following:
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
2. Open HM and register the program
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
