View Full Version : Can see hud on FT after update

I cant see the HUD stats after I updated to 1.11.06g from 1.11.06b
Before I could see the hud stats before I join a table I can see the tables in table manager but no stats shows up.

Which gametype?

Please add screenshots of a table and the table manager and Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

Here is the two files.
If I install again 1.11.06b it works but when I go back to 1.11.06g it doesnt work.

Enable the pre-fetch option

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.

Also click on auto detect, so it will add the two Users/Appdata/Roaming system folders.

Make sure the Full Tilt lobby language is in English.

Double check if Full Tilt is still saving the handhistories.

Tried but still have the same problem.
Must be something with 1.11.06g if I install 1.11.06b it works again.

There is a bug in the additional hud filters. Please change the min-value for # of players= 7 from 7 to 6.

I dont have a min value of 7.
All my values are 6 and bellow.

Change it to

Try creating a NEW empty database, and reimport your archive folder.

my stats shows once i start playing.
The issue is before the update to 1.11.06g, it shows all the stats before i start playing but now it doesnt.

Which SQL version are you using?
Try updating PostgreSQL and create a new database.

Do you get an error during the installation?
Does installing SQL 9.0 to a different port number (5433) work?

I have contacted the support team to view my hud tonight, but for now i would like to ask how can i import hands from betfair? as no hud is showing up at the moment.

Ongame changed their handhistory folder -with their latest software update- to:

C:\Users\Yourname\P5JavaClientSettings - for Win7
Documents and settings\UserName\P5JavaClientettings\handhistory - for XP



This is a hidden folder. To see hidden folders:

is working now thank you. For ongame is there no waiting list? as it is very inconvenient to pick tables...

Ongame doesn't have waiting lists.


We get a lot of requests to add support for Ongame in the TableScanner.
Though not having waiting lists, makes scanning for tables pretty useless if you can't actually JOIN those tables. Therefore there currently are no plans to add Ongame support for TableScanner.
