HUD/Table Manager Issue

I started getting this message today:

Basically, when I first open up HEM, and start the import, it displays this message.

Clicking "no" fails to open the table manager and thus, I cannot display my HUD.

Clicking "yes" opens the manager and my HUD, but none of my panels are set in the correct locations.
