Hey guys, my hud doesnt work on Ultimatebet!

) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

Version 1.7

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Only occur's at Ultimatebet, the rest works just fine

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes i did!

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes!

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\FMBL

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

It say's that it imports hands, but hands don't show in any tab!

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

I allready created a new database just for Ultimatebet

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

table manager shows the table, but say's 0/6 players

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes!

Can you upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe

But it seems that you DB is corrupted, can you create a new DB: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

I'm having a similar problem on Absolute.

I'm using a trial version and am completely computer illiterate. The graph is updating, so it's getting the info but the HUD isn't appearing on the table.

What should I do please?
