Import HH from Ladbrokes

Hi,
I have made a format on my computer a week ago and i have played in Ladbrokes cash tables (without installing HEM). Then I installed it and tried to import my hands, but I got only my last 100, so I logged in the poker client(Ladbrokes) and exported from there all my hands from the last week in one .txt file. After that I press Import File(s) and mark that file (the importing process goes for 2 secs) and it doesnt import nothing :confused:. So my question is how can I import my hands :o Thx

What does an exported handhistory from Ladbrokes look like? (what formatting do they use?)

Can you post one of the handhistories?

The special character for the currency looks pretty strange. Is your ladbroke client installed in english language?

Yes, it is installed in english and the currency is euro

Is your Windows in English?

If you go to control panel--> region & language, can you set it to English (United States)

Or what you could try, open a handhistory file in Word.
Replace every "Ђ" character with a regular euro symbol.
(Word has a REPLACE ALL feature)

My windows is an english version, but i changed the format in regional & language options to english and tried again with corrected currency symbols in the .txt file ----> still no result :(

I think we need some original hands to test this.
Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Well in microgaming the hands are saved in gamehistory.dat file,which is nothing like the .txt file when i open it with notepad and this is weird,cuz all my hands should be there from the start and when I installed HEM it only imported the last 100 :confused:, so anyway should I still send the .dat file and the explanations ?

Email us the file with the hands if you export them from Ladbrokes (export from within the Ladbrokes client) to support@holdemmanager.com

Hi, has this been resolved? I'm having the exact same problem with Ladbrokes: autoimport only collects a few of the hands I've played, and trying to manually import txt file imports nothing.

Update to: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

and set the region/language settings to English (United States) so the time/date/number/currency formatting will be the American format.


And try reimporting the hands into a new database.

the problem was that the HH in Ladbrokes is saved in some strange format, so they have advised me to make a new database and to erase the old one, and this was the solution for me.

Click "Import file(s)
Locate "GameHistory.dat" in e.g. "C:\Microgaming\Poker\PurpleLoungeMPP"
...and voilà

I even use this when playing on two computers, locating the file over the network. Manual labour, but it works.

I tried your method too, but it doesn't understand the exported file.
