Hi,
I hope this isn't covered in the manuals anywhere - I have read quite a bit of them, but can't find this mentioned.
I am a new user - on a 15 day trial. I believe have successfully installed Postgres, and am using HEM v1.07.
When it starts up, it quickly shows a box saying "validating" then it moves on to a "buy/register/try" screen where I select "try". It then says "initialising database", and then moves on to what appears to be the main screen of the program.
At this stage, the Players Tab shows (0) as the number of players. Is this right ? From what i read, this should be showing a large number of players, which i can then search through.
I am also having problems importing hands - I can configure the screens properly, but it never finds any hands to import. I am guessing this is caused by the same issue as the other problem I mention.
Please note I am note seeing any sort of error message.
